Job Description:

  • As a member of the TekRevol Branding team, you will identify challenges and find innovative ways to create content, events, and activities that ensure digital channels internally are competitive and enticing.
  • You will set campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the overall awareness of TekRevol as a tech employer. You will share the TekRevol story - who we are, the journey we are on, and where we are going - in the best possible way. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Be the chief storyteller of TekRevol as an Employer of Choice – Drive current and new initiatives to define and convey our differentiated brand.
  • Directly reporting to and assisting the Head of communications with internal branding plans and executions
  • Maintain and further develop a positive employer brand image via all current channels, be it online, social, print media, events, etc.
  • Continuously produce new content for on- and offline platforms, such as employee pics, articles, posts, blogs, internal communication portals, etc. whilst also effectively managing our online branding channel
  • Assist in ensuring that our Employer Branding Guidelines and SOPs are followed through all internal communications.
  • Coordinate with potential partners to deploy employer branding strategies, e.g. platforms, external organizations, and communities;
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as company visits, CSR, events, recruitment drives, etc.
  • Build and promote employer brand and TekRevol values to employees
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to building and maintaining the employer brand. Plan, arrange, and execute marketing campaigns and events from conception to implementation
  • Define KPI measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Create marketing collaterals inclusive of the development and curation, ensuring compliance with communication guidelines.
  • To translate TekRevol’s employer brand, positioning us as an employer of choice. Propose initiatives to further define and differentiate our employer brand.
  • Produce authentic stories, brand assets, and narratives to elevate our employer brand



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media sciences, or brand communication with 06 months to 1 year at least
  • Ability to drive end-to-end Employer Branding activities
  • Strong brand ambassador with strong storytelling and advocacy experience 
  • Self-driven in a fast-paced Employer Brand environment with the ability to take ownership of projects
  • Driving constant improvement with a creative way of working
  • Flexible mind-set


Shift Timings: Bi-Afternoon (03:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)
