Saremco Group is looking for Admin coordinator who can perform the following tasks :
1. Assists the President / CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
2. Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with prospects.
3. Handling the calls and communication within the different sites of the company and as well as of clients inquiry.
4. Administratively supports HR director (recruiting support, documents formatting, surveys set up and other administrative tasks), drafts emails and other PRB correspondence as directed.
5. Complete Demand or language skills writing a proposal, business drafts, letters to departments government etc
6. Expert in business documents
