As a Business Operations Manager in a large engineering organization you will be part of a fast paced engineering team. This role is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to have a direct impact on and gain insight into Planning, developing executive messaging and decision making for large engineering team in key business areas.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
You will assist and manage activities to drive cadence in operations working cross-functionally across various functional engineering teams
Coordinate across and serve as central point of contact for cross functional communications teams and other key partners to ensure strategic business objectives are supported
You will deliver weekly organizational communications, consolidate updates for recurring meetings, follow up on action items with stakeholders.
Work with cross-organizational stakeholders to update and maintain operations calendar, organizational webpage, update and circulate templates for several executive forums and SharePoint maintenance
You will own and develop material for several senior executive meetings
You will have experience maintaining, updating and tracking dashboards to synthesize information and roll up data

Demonstrated ability to meet milestones, meet tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects
Ability to create, maintain and track dashboards for KPIs collecting feedback from stakeholders for inputs
Great problem solving skills with ability to be flexible and manage sensitive situations
Experience working with several data sets simultaneously and ability to succinctly synthesize information.
Expert at using MS Power point, Excel and Word
Qualification Required :
Minimum qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering, communications, arts or sciences along with 6+ years of experience working with large cross-functional teams in a technical environment
Preferred qualification : MS or MBA preferred
