Assistant HR Manager

We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to handle a variety of duties. This role will support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, training and development, rewards and benefits, employees documents.

An ideal candidate for this position must hold experience in the respective field. This role will be responsible for assisting in maintaining employee databases, keeping track of recruitment drives, maintaining recruitment trackers, posting job ads on different mediums, development and effective implementation of HR policies.

Ultimately, this role will enable the HR department to be organized and operate to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking the progress.

Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.

Ensuring timely performance reviews.

Develop compensation and benefits plans

Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media

Train and advise managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods

Organize learning and development programs

Carry out activities to enable team building across the organization.

Spearhead motivation and recognition programs and activities for employees.

Requirements

Proven work experience as HR or similar role.

Ability to support value-added culture and foster healthy employee relations.

Excellent communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

BBA / MBA in HR or relevant Degree.

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in core HR.
