We are seeking a motivated candidate who is confident in his / her skills, has a great attitude, works hard and wants to join an overachieving team.

This role requires an individual with demonstrated experience of identifying and driving improvements to the quality and efficiency of the operational accounting process.

Technical accounting knowledge and the ability to work effectively across functional groups is essential. Candidates for this position should be ambitious, outgoing, and interested in continuous learning.

What you'll do

  • Prepare accurate and timely account reconciliations
  • Analyze account balances to ensure compliance with US GAAP
  • Prepare accurate journal entries Assist with the resolution of technical accounting issues
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify issues and develop solutions, regardless of whether the issue is your responsibility
  • Contribute to the monthly close process and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with year-end audit by providing supporting documentation, as required, to external auditors
  • Provide backup management level support, as needed
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects and reports, as necessary
  • What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Big 4 experience a plus
  • CPA or CPA candidate required
  • 2+ Years of related experience, SaaS industry experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • NetSuite experience preferred
