GENERAL PURPOSE : We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
S / he will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting, and implementing Sehat Kahani App sales plans while working closely with Lead Sales & Technical.
S / he must be able to follow the directions of Sehat Kahani management and have a strong grip on the market for identifying and closing the potential leads.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES : Contribute in the overall sales target of Sehat Kahani while including the following :
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Work with internal departments such as the marketing or operations teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
Any other task assigned by the Lead Sales & Technical
