Summary : The Coordinator for Pathfinder’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) business unit will provide administrative support to enable the smooth functioning of the Global MEL team, will help maintain knowledge management platforms and processes, and will support Pathfinder’s data management system (DHIS2).
In close collaboration with the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Advisor, the Coordinator will help maintain Pathfinder’s knowledge management system (Atlas) and MEL resource center, coordinating and onboarding country-based curators, supporting updates to the system and intranet pages, and providing reference and research support to proposals and projects.
The MEL Coordinator will perform standard, recurring duties such as managing meeting and travel logistics, invoice processing, budget tracking, team file management, and coordinating MEL processes like technical abstract reviews.
The coordinator will also handle a range of ad hoc support requests, sometimes from other teams and often on short deadlines like preparing or refining presentations or supporting data management projects.
Based on the candidate’s interest and experience with data management platforms, the coordinator may support DHIS2 administrative tasks and annual impact report development.
The MEL Coordinator will be highly collaborative, leaning on other coordinators (in other departments) for support, and during slower times taking the initiative to be helpful to colleagues.
By virtue of being part of a global technical team, the MEL coordinator will be exposed to Pathfinder’s technical work and approaches.

Minimally Required Job-Specific Competencies :
