Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
Generating official internal documents such as Contracts, offer letters / Emails, salary slips, and warning letters and maintaining all documentation, attendance records.
Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave;
disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale;
and training and development.
Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings terminations, and investigations.
Willingness to diversify and prone to learn new skills and getting involved in suitable tasks as advised by senior management.
Verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least2 to 3 years of human resource management experience required.
