As iVAS Specialist Inhouse, you will have the opportunity to manage and optimize VAS portfolio i.e. Smart Tunes, Emergency load, IVR and SMS based services spanning utilities, entertainment, sports, health verticals
Your Typical day at work :
Revenue responsibility for assigned product portfolio including Emergency load, Call tunes, IVR and SMS based services
Churn Management of existing products.
Indepth analysis of portfolio with interplay of GSM and Digital domain..
FC for Revenue, Capacity and COGS.
Develop new product concepts, business proposals and go-to market plans based on consumer needs and revenue targets.
Develop engagement strategy around VAS portfolio with target to increase customer usage and value from the service.
Negotiate and structure commercial deals with vendors and partners
Optimize and improve existing product portfolio by doing and presenting relevant analysis for key insights on the product and identifying correct product strategy.
Plan, Execute and Manage marketing mix for assigned product portfolio.
Co-ordinate with all internal stakeholders during the product development and launch process
Communicate relevant information to relevant stakeholders at every stage of the product life cycle
Work with channel teams to ensure effective channel utilization
Ensure usability & customer centricity in existing & proposed solutions and products to make services simple and effective
Develop product forecasts for target & growth monitoring
Conduct market research, SWOT analysis on industry offering, identify key verticals and propose relevant products
Day to day operational tasks, management reviews and new work streams that come in the area.
Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks of assigned portfolio with dashboard and summary reports.
Eligibility Criteria :
Bachelor degree with Specialization in Business Administration / Marketing / Computer Sciences / Telecom
Experience from Telecom industry preferred with relevant experience of service and campaign launches, lifecycle management and deep understanding of products and platforms used in operator ecosystem.
Business Cases, Analysis and Reporting Dashboards.
Proven record of successful execution of marketing campaigns for products; should be able to present post-campaign analysis
Experience in business deal negotiation and relationship management with stakeholders.
