Job Role :

HR Business Partner, Peshawar, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities :

Assist management on organizational design, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

Manage the onboarding and orientations of new hires

Maintain HRIS systems and employee records

Ensure regular engagement with business teams

Contribute to the implementation and accomplishment of Human Resources practices by staying updated on various HR processes and SOPs

Work closely with line managers and employees and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to address all types of employee relations issues (coaching, counseling, career development, discipline)

Prepare reports to analyze trends and areas of concern.

Coach local leadership on effective team performance, people practices and culture change.

Keep abreast of latest compensation trends in the IT / Tech industry and recommend adjustments as and when required.

Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.

This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications

Performs other duties as assigned

Experience and Skill Set

6+ years of relevant experience in HR specialized in Compensation & Benefits

4 + years of experience in a Management role ( Managing a team )

Excellent Reporting & Analysis skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
