We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal driven candidate who can analyze, monitor, and improve the Performance of the Operations at Foodpanda.
The candidate should possess great communication skills required for inter-departmental coordination and will be a go-getter with performance driven attitude and ability to achieve results in challenging timelines.
Interpret, build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards.
Participates in design of call / chat / resolved tickets monitoring formats and quality standards.
Performs call / chat / resolved tickets monitoring and provide trend data to the team.
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for improvement.
Provides feedback to team managers.
Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management review.
Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance.
Create and implement robust process improvements with a laser eyed focus on end objectives.
Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The candidate must have an exceptional ability to problem solve and should be able to work independently in dynamic environment with ever changing work conditions.
A relevant bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
1 - 2 years of experience in a tech startup is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Qualtrics (Optional).
Has an acute sense of responsibility and know how to manage priorities and handle issues.
Highly adaptable to quick changing environment.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
