bridggit is assisting one of its prestigious clients in hiring an Associate - Project Development & New Initiatives. Our client is a well respected and prominent name in the manufacturing industry with multiple interests primarily based in Karachi.

The primary role of the Associate will be to work with senior management of our client and bridggit team in developing new projects which include carrying out feasibility studies, developing joint ventures and strategic partnerships and raising growth capital to finance new projects.

The Associate will act as a focal person between the various functions of the Company, its Board and advisor to dedicatedly work on new initiatives for sustainable growth of the Company.

This is an exciting yet challenging role where the Associate will be required to demonstrate high level of enthusiasm and energy to achieve long term corporate goals of the Company.

The Associate will have opportunity to work on strategic projects in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Indicative tasks of the Associate include :

  • Developing financial models for new industrial projects
  • Developing presentations and deal memorandum for internal communication and external investors and stakeholders
  • Financial and commercial analysis of cost optimization and efficiency projects
  • Developing long term corporate plan of the Company
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders such as advisors, bankers and investors
  • Working with cross functional teams to develop sound financial and commercial insights for management and board of directors
  • This is a Karachi based position. Candidates with at least 3 years of investment banking, family office or corporate finance advisory experience are encouraged to apply.

    The candidates will be required to demonstrate their modeling, writing and presentation skills through the evaluation process.

    Preferred qualification for this role is ACA / CFA (charter holders) / MBA but exception can be considered provided that transaction / project development experience and skill level justifies.
