You will be working as a Service Sales Specialist and will be a part of the Electrification Business for Distribution Solution business line based in Karachi, Pakistan.
In this role you will be driving service sales process in collaboration with the Line Manager. Generating service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s).
Focusing on installed base penetration (IB) and sell the entire service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units.
Building long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepare sales plans, reviews them and proposes recovery plan(s) when needed.
Updating installed base in service (the approved service database) with the changes made at site.
Focusing on the entire service portfolio to secure profit for assigned Business Lines or Product Groups.
Taking a One ABB approach to leverage other colleagues’ portfolios.
depth technical service product or solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM). Registering customer feedback and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Preparing ABB’s service offerings based on customer need and in coordination with the local Service Sales Manager or Service Manager.
Communicating contract details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy. Managing administrative sales processes.
Translating the needs of customer into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions.
