Manage linehaul operations
Clear linehaul backlog by coordinating with relevant departments
Management of line haul partners and ensure compliance against KPIs provided in contract
Analyze the volume based on forecast and develop models for requirement of linehauls for daily, weekly and monthly basis
Forecast the requirement and budget for monthly and yearly basis
Contract Management, Vendor Management, Invoices verification
Assist other departments with respect to the requirement of vehicles based on the daily operations
Prepare different models to help reducing the department cost
