About Customer Operations
Our Customer Operations (CO) organization is the primary interface with communication service providers. The CO organization has a comprehensive global presence and is active in approximately 120 countries.
Its organizational structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams’ deep understanding of local markets.
This approach enables Nokia to maintain strong customer relationships. Customer Operations is also responsible for project delivery, ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.
To lead the Customer Teams across Pakistan (CT), to deliver Nokia products and services to the customer, manage customer satisfaction as well as achievement of Nokia’s key performance indicators.
As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for the end to end overview of the business in Pakistan including Sales, operations, stakeholder relationship management across the country, internal processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREA :
Develop and sustain strong relationships with all customers, including CxO level within Pakistan to enable successful positioning and sales of Nokia products and services
Be responsible for the business strategy as well as the coordination of Nokia contacts with the customer.
Develop and articulate the overall sales strategy for the country as a whole including engagement with key stakeholders, regulator, operators, government entities to drive the business in the country.
To maintain effective internal communications and networks with appropriate stakeholders and to galvanize support, maximize Nokia’s effectiveness and meet customer expectations
Provides goals and strong leadership for the team of sales professionals working in the customer sales teams and ensures that they have the appropriate skills, training and knowledge to position and value sell Nokia’s products / services / solutions to our customer and that the Customer teams are working efficiently on a country level.
KEY COMPETENCIES :
The role requires senior sales leadership skills, solid experience in handling a country with multiple customers of comparable size and complexity.
Deep understanding of Nokia's products & solutions and overall telecommunications market, trends and related regulations particularly in Pakistan.
Strong Leadership skills to be able to lead on a country level
Strong negotiation, communication and good interpersonal skills
Ideally previous experience working in Pakistan
Very good knowledge and experience in the Pakistan Telecommunications Market
Proven capability to manage multiple Sales and delivery teams.
Ability to have a good understanding of the customer’s business / competitive situation / strategy and an understanding of the drivers of customer profitability, market dynamics to drive Nokia business targets for the country
Ability to build strong relationships with influential stakeholders in the market
Develop / execute strategies addressing all stakeholders
Influence buying decisions at the customer centrally on market-wide deals
Ability to provide leadership and guidance during critical deal making process and collaboration with Business Groups internally at Nokia
Financial and risk management skills to support forecasting and the qualification of opportunities
Experience with contract management, financial terms and conditions
Good understanding of project management
