Main Purpose :
To plan, develop, implement and manage PepsiCo’s Snacks Quality and Food Safety program for Multan GF site. Implementation of food safety and food defense program and AIB standards at Multan GF.
Market sampling and evaluation of product on-shelf, Frito-Lay Challenge and market complaints handling program. To developing each segment of business (agro, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing & logistics, distributor handling, trade handling) on Quality assurance and food safety program through effective trainings and involvement of teams.
Ensure implementation of local as well as regional initiatives and agendas towards development of quality assurance and food safety programs in the business.
Qualifications / Requirements
Lead implementation of QSHA and ASHA systems at the Multan Greenfield site to deliver the highest standards of Quality and Food Safety

AIB food safety audit score
IPS audit score
HACCP implementation and monitoring
100% compliance to SQA program for all raw material suppliers
Agro SQA program implementation
Temperature, Humidity and CO2 levels of Cold stores
On time supply of potato to plant to ensure zero downtime due to shortage
Keep expenditures within annual budgets
In market weak link and Frito-Lay challenge
Repetition of Market complaints
Quality performance monitoring, analysis and reporting of all potato and raw material cold stores
Ensure compliance to all Quality & Food Safety System in place including PepsiCo, AIBI, IPS, & FSSC 22000 standards requirements & all applicable regulatory requirements.
In addition to these accountabilities, any task / assignment / project assigned by Line Manager becomes part of JD.
Required Experience & Qualifications :
8-10 years with FMCG
Master / Bachelor Degree in Food Technology
Good understanding and knowledge of Food processing, handling and storage thorough knowledge of quality
Relocation Eligible : Eligible for Limited Relocation
