HBL is looking to hire a Manager Service Planning in Digital Customer Experience, Karachi who will be responsible for managing all activities pertaining to department communications, internal and external marketing, events organization, and related tasks. Job Details :

  • Develop and manage all communications made from Digital Customer Experience (DCE) within the organization.
  • Develop and draft communications for HBL customers relating to changes in systems and services.
  • Design and execute communication campaigns for social media platforms.
  • Organize events including staff engagement activities, town halls, and focus groups.
