Job Position We are seeking candidates for the role of Account Manager Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Negotiate project delivery timelines with the brands
Quality management : Being the first eyes and filter on all agency output before presentation to client to ensure client feedback is implemented
Managing, archiving, and delivering agency deliverables to relevant parties in required formats : campaign assets, presentations, reports, etc.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of all projects according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement
Track key digital metrics of assigned brands and prepare reports on the same
Manage outsourcing and third-party involvement in campaigns.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in an agency
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong know-how of MS office and MS Teams
A good understanding of deliverables and their formats in the world of digital and print advertising.
