Admin to CEO - LAAM

LAAM is a Seattle and Lahore based startup that’s building Pakistan’s first fashion search and discovery engine.

Our mission is to :

  • Enable people to easily search, discover and buy fashion products.
  • Help designers and artisans (Small businesses) to reach global audiences and enable their growth. Providing a meaningful space to turn their creative products into opportunity.
  • About the work

    LAAM is collaborating with 100+ Pakistan fashion houses and has customers from all over the world. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and with other senior management staff to ensure effective functioning of the organization's work processes.

    Job Role & Responsibilities

    Calendar management : composing itineraries, confidential correspondence and agendas; compiling documents for meetings

    Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.

    Acting as a point of contact between the CEO’s office and internal departments.

    Determines appropriate course of action or response on issues or concerns addressed to the CEO

    Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

    Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO

    Preparing reports and presentations.

    Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, phone calls etc.)

    Other projects / duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

    Qualification :

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with excellent attention to detail

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

    Expert level written and verbal communication skills

    Good problem solving skills with a strong decision-making capability

    Must be adaptable to various competing demands and possess emotional maturity

    Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

    Education and Experience Requirements :

    Bachelor's or Master’s degree required in Business Administration or in any equivalent field

    2 to 4 years of proven work experience as executive secretary or similar assistant role

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other Social Media web platforms.

    Salary : 40K - 100k (Depends on experience)
