Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for the protection of people and assets at all sites (Offices, Plants and Distribution Centers) in Pakistan.

Under instruction and guidance from the AMA & GC Global Security Leader, this person will have direct responsibility for the following work :

Asset Protection Ratings (site security assessments)

Corrective Action Planning and follow-up to close gaps

Security Guard Force management and training

Liaison with local law enforcement agencies

Site-level investigations

Site-level Security Awareness and culture building activities

Risk assessment of issues with potential impact to site, employees, or operations

Site-level Crisis management program deployment and follow-up

Transportation security and interaction with Physical Distribution security personnel

In addition, to the above-mentioned responsibilities, this role will also support Global Security on complex or high-impact investigations and projects, as needed.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant security management experience, including work with CCTV and access control systems, security guard force management, site security design, security and risk assessments, supply chain security, and investigations.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
  • Experience in handling a broad range of security program management including incident management, crisis management and investigative experience.
  • Experience networking and engaging with law enforcement agencies
  • Sound understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
