To ensure effective Sales Management of the assigned territory. Main Accountabilities

  • Distribution Handling
  • Drive sales and distribution for the company products
  • Manage allocated territory and the customer
  • Implement sales plan
  • Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Monitor order bookers performance
  • Qualification

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute
  • Experience

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Local Modern Trade (preferably in FMCG industry)
  • Competencies & Skills

  • Must possess Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Analytical Skills
  • Must possess Strong Negotiation Skills and Persuasive Skills
  • Strong command on MS Office
