The Private Brands and Kitchens team is looking for a highly-driven and motivated Concepts Commercial Manager for our team in Pakistan.

About the job :

As Concepts Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for to maintain a relationship with the Vendors who generates the most business in terms of orders and revenue for food panda.

Responsibilities :

  • Expansion / Business Development : Driving strategy, planning and Lead Management for franchising the Private brand concepts of food panda.
  • Commercial Management - Lead and negotiate commercial agreements with partners ensuring that business and financial objectives are met.
  • Key Account Management - Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with key partners, manage key strategic projects independently acting as the focal point of contact for partner and internal stakeholders.
  • KPI & goals - Partner Acquisition & Development, Revenue Management, Partner Profitability & Retention.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or STEM disciplines from a top University
  • Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development role with broad exposure to Marketing, Supply Chain within a Retailer (Super Market, E-commerce, Retail brands) or within a large Restaurant Chain
  • Experience or exposure to Food & Beverage industry would be an added advantage
  • You are process-oriented and data-driven
  • Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid
  • You are driven and ambitious.
  • You are very proactive and are able to lead independent projects.
  • Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
