What you'll do
This CRM Manager will be responsible for aligning CRM strategy with stakeholders, designing marketing automation, and growth of the marketing campaigns across the Careem marketing ecosystem.
In this role you will also be responsible for designing experiments throughout the customer lifecycle journey, optimizing channel performance and driving the analytical arm of CRM.
The role also involves closely working with the product team to drive customer conversion across the customer life journey.
Focusing on the core business KPIs, develop and implement CRM programs that align to key moments of need within the customers journey based on insights from analytics and behavioral science
Deliver omni-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, web, mobile apps, social platforms, and other channels and devices, as relevant to the customer experience
Partner with internal stakeholders (ie. Growth team) to define and optimize automation journey strategies and develop cross-channel experimentation programs and initiatives that increase key performance indicators
Design and perform Multivariate testing across content and channel
Build, optimize, & measure performance of marketing campaigns including engagement programs, and behaviorally-triggered campaigns across channels
Build performance dashboards & reports across CRM channels
What you'll need
3+ years work experience in CRM
Strong experience in engagement and retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle
Comprehensive understanding of audience principals, and related personalization techniques and tools
Experience with experiment design and running AB / MVT testing
Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights & business recommendations
SQL or other querying languages & data analysis experience are a big plus
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class member experiences
