Job Overview

In the role of Senior Supply Lead Experience, you will be at the center of action. You will define the vision of what world-class CX looks like and then work cross-functionally and globally to bring it to life.

You will use a lot of data analytics and solve the most challenging issues across our multiple verticals you will be stretched, and if you perform well, will be rewarded with more responsibility and projects that create a dent in the universe !

Responsibilities

  • Redefine & Drive an integrated view of Customer Experience
  • Listen attentively to the voice of customer and provide meaningful insight to improve the experience of our customers on the platform
  • Analyse data to make decisions and continuous process improvements to deliver a consistent world-class customer experience
  • Work cross-functionally to drive pre-emptive CX improvement actions via product, policy and on-ground operations
  • What we are looking for

  • Qualifications / Skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience or equivalent in Customer Service / Data Analytics / Program Management / Operations
  • Proficiency in SQL (Bonus experience in Python and ML)
  • Experience in working with large sets of data (advanced excel skills)
  • Super strong presentation skills
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in extremely fast-paced environment
  • Consulting background is a plus
