As an Inside Sales / Marketing Specialist, you will make an impact every day by creating the most compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, and build the right marketing programs to drive customer engagement and service adoption.

You will also closely work with the business development teams to prioritize features for a rapidly growing business.

In this role, you will

  • Create, monitor, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns based on the market and business requirements along with following organizational guidelines
  • Work and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to brainstorm, design, set up, and execute campaigns and sales operations post campaigns.
  • Work with various CRM tools to process and manage leads collected through campaigns

  • Formulate measurement methodologies to capture marketing ROIs. Compile and drive regular reporting of KPIs and optimization steps.
  • Post campaign analytical analysis of the success targets

  • Work with Business Development and process incoming lead sources, managing the allocation of distribution between relevant teams / handles and self
  • Ensure communication is always timely, precise, and via appropriate channels (phone, email, zoom)
  • Provide support on document preparation (e.g., agendas, meeting minutes, forms, documentation, report requests, and related improvements)
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best solution for their needs
  • Assist with B2B transactions and initiate customer follow-up as needed
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
  • optimize existing processes within the department
  • What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience working on marketing campaigns, including strategy, content, and execution
  • Experience in working across multiple departments and representing the team
  • Strong organizational skills and track record of effectively managing time-sensitive work and competing priorities with minimum guidance
  • Think strategically and also drive forward tactical execution
  • Exemplary project management skills, with a solid ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean and demanding work environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and work effectively with a team
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-starter capable of working at a high level in a group or on their own
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills
  • Ability to review existing processes and recommend improvements
  • Good understanding of business-to-business relationships, common challenges and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Must read, write and speak fluently in English
  • Nice to have skills

  • Prior usage of Salesforce or similar CRM solution
  • Knowledge of the video game and VFX industry
  • Proficiency in French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian is a strong plus; or any other languages
