Position Related :
The purpose of this position is to support in translating and implementing business plans in the form of People strategy, and driving the HR agenda across commercial.
The position also acts as a liaison between the customer and other HR services (OD and HR Operations).
The HRG should enable the business managers to develop a high performance culture through the use of our OD processes, frameworks and customized interventions.
Your typical day at work :
Support in translating the business plans into HR strategic and operational plans for their unit or function;
Support in providing strategic and tactical workforce planning in alignment with the business plan of stakeholders
Assist in the development and design of OD activities and provide change management support in transformation and restructuring efforts
Propose new organization design in line with business changing needs
Support in ensuring rewards and incentives are designed to achieve business unit or function’s goals, in close cooperation with Rewards Team.
Talent Management : Play an active role in Acquisition, Development, and Retention.
Support line managers to effectively manage individual and team performance through the use of Telenor tools and processes so that unit’s objectives are achieved and unit’s productivity stays high.
Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed and developed in the organization using our systems and processes including succession planning, in mutual collaboration with the line managers.
Coach the line management to embed and practice effective management in line with the Telenor Behaviors and lead by example.
Develop and sustain a high performance culture through the use of Telenor tools and processes to ensure adherence to Telenor Behaviors, and intervene appropriately to help drive mindset and culture change.
Identify learning gaps and development needs in the client groups and act as a channel to communicate learning needs to appropriate units.
Track HR KPIs as per individual objectives.
Coordinate execution and adherence to Telenor HR principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all people related practices and policies
Education : Bachelors / Masters in HR / Business Administration / BS / MS.
Certifications : A plus would be CIPD affiliation / Certification in Organizational Change Management / Certification in occupational testing (Level A & B).
Work experience :
3-5 years of HR and / or relevant business experience.

Ability to operate independently as HR Partner
Proficient in working with HR data to run quick analysis as per the need to the business.
Excellent written communication skills, presentation skills, and facilitation skills to run workshops / focus groups.
