This is a full-time role based out of Lahore, Pakistan. You will be reporting to the Head of Product. CarSwitch is a tech startup based out of Dubai.
We’re on a mission to digitize peer to peer used car sales in the GCC region and make the process easier, faster and more transparent for end users.
CarSwitch is currently the second largest used car player in the UAE and recently launched in Saudi Arabia to further bolster our growth.

As a Product Manager at CarSwitch, you will be responsible for the success of the Product. The role will require you to intimately understand customer needs & business requirements and use those to inform your decision making.
Your breadth of influence will span from quarterly roadmap discussions during which OKRs are determined all the way to writing specification documents, working with the design team to develop high-fidelity mockups, designing sprints and eventually ensuring timely execution through close collaboration with the engineering team.
We're looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude who can operate with minimal instructions. To be successful in this role, you'll need to display a high level of ownership and be willing to wear different hats (strategic thinker, data analyst, UI / UX expert, customer researcher, etc.
as per needs of the Product. Excellent communication skills will be essential for success; the ideal candidate will be able to communicate technical & non-technical issues to varied audiences, exercise influence, and negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with technical information and UI / UX will be important elements for success as they will allow you to come up with technically feasible solutions to marry business requirements with customer needs.
