Job Description

We are currently hiring for Patient Helpdesk Executive-CSR should be Female with strong communication skills

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Analysis of patient aging report on Weekly / Monthly basis.
  • Keeping records of patient interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Elaborate patient responsibilities and Update Bill Status
  • Generating Statements / Issuing Invoices
  • Contacting patients through email, written correspondence, or telephonic to inform them of overdue balances.
  • Answering patients’ questions on calls regarding outstanding medical bills, reimbursements, and billing discrepancies.
  • Handling payment details.
  • Creating suitable payment plans for patients according to our client requirements.
  • Education :

    A minimum of a high school diploma is often required to work as a Help Desk, but some companies may prefer candidates to have at least an associate or bachelor’s degree.

    Skills and Abilities :

    Successful Patient Help Desk will usually have certain prerequisite skills which can include :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and research skills that translate to the ability to find solutions for patient problems when a solution is not immediately apparent
