We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Associate - People Branding & Engagement for our People & Organization team in Pakistan.

The Associate - People Branding & Engagemen works within the Employer Branding & Employee Engagement team and closely with stakeholders from the Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Procurement teams to develop and execute our Talent Attraction and Engagement Strategy.
In this role, you will showcase the foodpanda employee experience, help define our key differentiators and reinforce our Employee Value Proposition in order to ensure foodpanda is an employer of choice for potential candidates.
This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Assist in developing strategic roadmaps for both external and internal Employer Brand building.
Setting up recruiting events, fairs and / or drives.
Executing internal recognition initiatives and providing ideas to enhance the program.
Assisting in end-to-end execution of branding & engagement programs & initiatives.
Designing communication plans and quick visuals / artworks for internal use.
Consistent coordination with all relevant stakeholders within the organisation to execute the branding & engagement initiatives.
Generate engagement in a remote / virtual world through internal marketing / communications
Reinforce our employee value proposition (EVP) through branding, engagement & recognition initiatives.
Highlight our key differentiators to drive candidate attraction and engagement.
Research and define target candidate personas that match recruiter needs.
Contribute in evolving recruitment marketing strategy and campaigns for candidate groups and geographies.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant with majors in HR.
Has an acute sense of responsibility, thinks beyond the basic tasks and can take full ownership of the role.
You have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role under the branding / engagement ambit.
You are organised, process-oriented and data-driven.
Experience with G-Suite especially Sheets & Presentation and Canva.
Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid. You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.
You’re very detail oriented and pay attention to all the steps in the process.
