  • Educational Qualification

  • BBA / MBA Degree from a reputable university, preferably with a specialization in Market Research.

    This position will require :

  • Analysis and Interpretation of Research Data
  • Tracking behaviour of consumer segments, providing actionable and meaningful insights into segment definition, pricing, product development and development of brand and trade strategies (e.
  • g. through Dipsticks & CLTs)

  • Supporting the annual and monthly planning processes by providing information on consumer segment strategies. Ensure development and refinement of actionable and meaningful consumer segments.
  • Ensuring monitoring of KPIs for the Innovations Pipeline and share them across organization.
  • Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of all continuous researches
  • Identifying areas of improvement in project delivery for product developments and researches.
  • Helping Identify the Possible Future Trends and Opportunities :
  • Helping develop and suggest profitable and sustainable business routes through research data.
  • Helping guide in developing and building portfolio strategies using consumer insights.
  • Developing an early warning system through tracking and other related studies to suggest corrective actions through consumer insights.
  • Continuous analysis of consumer and market trends to identify and recommend new business opportunities to the Management Team.
  • Ensuring quality and cost effectiveness of the output from research partners.
  • Proposing goals and KPIs for external parties and track ongoing results.
  • Initiating and plan all market research activities as and when required.
  • Ensuring timely execution for timely decisions and closure of the project
  • Use external research through innovations network to support all projects within various stages of development or pre-development.
  • Optimize time-to-market by implementing innovations framework and stage & gate processes.
  • Ensure all functions work closely with business analyst on project feasibility and communicate relevant information to all stakeholders.
