M unchies (a joint venture between VentureDive and Unilever) was founded with a simple yet bold mission of building a community that enables snacks delivery at the customers’ doorstep in minutes.

It aims to become a household name for snack delivery, a brand that people can recall whenever they need a snack instantly.

We are looking for a Growth Manager (will consider Head of Growth) to lead Munchies’s growth. You will work closely with executive management, marketing, and product teams to plan and execute user acquisition, retention, and other key growth metrics, based on best practices and strong data analysis.

Munchies is a fast-paced organization and the Growth Manager will be responsible for driving weekly growth .

As Growth Manager, you will :

  • Build quarterly growth plans, translate them into monthly KPIs and support them with weekly initiatives
  • Improve growth metrics throughout the demand funnel such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals
  • Work on app store optimization and SEO to optimize organic user acquisition
  • Run data analytics to design out-of-the-box growth hacks and short-term initiatives to continuously oil the growth funnel
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to build a comprehensive list of strategic requirements for sustainable growth in future
  • Model and track growth KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Develop a view on projected growth based on market dynamics, seasonality, and funnel efficiency to feed into targeting and budgeting
  • The ideal candidate will :

  • Be a hustler for achieving aggressive targets
  • Be a part growth hacker, part marketer, and part thinker who has a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people and an insane focus on excellence and customer service
  • Have minimum 3-5 years of experience across functions
  • Have Pakistan Market experience
  • Have a strong spike in analytical ability, sharp problem solver and ability to get things done
  • Be target driven and have the ability to drive very aggressive targets
  • Have the ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Desirable to have :

  • Experience within the ride-hailing or on-demand delivery industry
  • Experience working within the technology industry / start-up environment
