Position Related :
Business & Charging Products unit is responsible for the development of new Products and Services for Telenor Pakistan in the domain of Sales and Distribution, Segments, Supply Chain, Customer Data Management, Marketing, Customer Care, Business Segment (B2B) through regular Release Model / Sprint / Standalone projects as the case may require.
Working on commercial side of distribution business application within TP
Creating user stories, flows mockups & getting the endorsed from stakeholders making iterations of changes
First contact point for digital distribution related queries or demand
Performing detailed analysis and deliver integration solutions which align with architecture and business requirements.
Work on end to end delivery from analysis, design, execution, testing, documentations and deployment
Required to continuously improve the platform to ensure stability, efficiency and feature quality
Ensuring Requirement refinement, use case finalization, scoping & delivery on time
Performing UAT of the given cases, getting things fixed as per original requirements & moving into production from commercial side
Responsible for communication to commercial stakeholders and making sure the trainings are conducted to the end users i.
e. Staff, Franchise, RSO, Retailers efficiently through circles / regions
Responsible for providing directions and keeping Apollo Support Team on board all the time
Contribute to product screening and creation of products roadmap
Representation and active participation in Roadmap Iteration Sessions with stakeholders
Get product design approval from respective decision forums
Ensure project status visibility / reporting to stakeholders at all management levels
Responsible for evolving UI / UX in coordination all relevant stakeholders
Planning in line strategic organization ambitions of the department and organisation
Responsible for creating a digital distribution dashboard and it is visibility to top commercial management
Responsible for running analysis on available functionalities and deriving actionable insights
Your Typical day at work
Engagement with Apollo CFT & keeping everyone engaged
Analysis based on available data and seeing if anything needs urgent attention
Making sure daily standup meeting takes place
Working on app redesign in coordination with UI / IX expert
Looking after Apollo Support’s issues & helping the team sorting them out
Bringing innovation and creativity culture and initiatives inculcating it in the team members and dept
Active participation in management / CFT meetings
Degree(s) / Major(s) : Bachelors / Masters Degree
Android and / or SCRUM certification would be an advantage
Experience : 4+ years
Good understanding of Digital Sales and Distribution system Inventory Management, CRM functions / Features and Commissioning (BSS domain)
Complete understanding of the value chain involved (people, processes and systems involved) in the daily operations of the S&D, CCD, and Marketing, Devices, CDM and Business Segment areas
Previous experience of working on digital platforms / applications
Strong analytical skills
Sound understanding Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Project Management & Program Management
