Agency Partner Interactive is looking for a project coordinator who can monitor projects’ progress, coordinate meetings and liaise between project managers, production team and clients.
What You Will Be Doing :
Maintaining project documentation, communicating the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders.
Ensuring stages of project are updated, Invoices are raised, followed up on collection as well deliverables from Vendors are within timeline
Day-to-day coordination with Project Managers to discuss status of projects, pending work and ensure being on the same page about deliverables from PM, client and vendors end
Interfacing with the vendors and development team to execute web-based projects.
Understanding the projects’ business objectives of the client and having a clear vision to achieve those objectives.
Delegating tasks to team members along with tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities. Following up with relevant teams during design and development phase to ensure delivery within timeline and as per client's feedback
Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
Providing administrative support, organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
Coordinating with clients for updating project status, follow-ups, and initiating specific requests

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or relevant field
2+ years of experience working as Project Associate or a similar role
Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills

An adeptness with project management software
Risk management and procurement skills.
