Location : Islamabad Last date to apply : Sunday 27th June 2021 What is Expert Learning & Development at Jazz Expert Learning & Development at Jazz will cater to the end to end Learning & Development needs of his / her assigned portfolio.

This will involve being a strategic partner to the day to day Learning needs of the tagged divisions, as well as multiple Organization Development projects and initiatives that arise during the year.

Learner Management & Experience

  • Monitoring platform engagement, proactively building strategies to increase these levels to create an organic culture of learning
  • Skill bank owner end to end management for the assigned group
  • Skill gap monitoring
  • Curating skill plans and role plans as per business need
  • Curating pathways around specific areas as per business / organization need
  • End to end management of digital niche memberships
  • System based group curriculum formulation and management
  • End to end management of skill coaching and mentorship framework for respective divisions
  • Collaborate with end user, HRBPs and LXP vendor for value addition on the platform
  • End to end management of companywide quiz competitions framework which includes but not limited to quiz data gathering, quiz creation, quiz execution, leaderboard management
  • Learning and Development

  • Lead POC for assigned portfolio
  • Quarterly Talent Development Plan needs research, alignment, tagging, execution and monitoring
  • Review individual and divisional development needs
  • Ad-hoc L&D request needs research, alignment, tagging, execution and monitoring
  • Research, identify and organize e-learning courses workshops and other trainings
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Special projects - both for learning and organizational development
  • End to end management of mandated trainings sent by group that fall under the respective divisions
  • Administration

  • Learning partner / vendor management
  • LMS & LXP Partner
  • Digital Learning partners
  • Niche memberships
  • Local vendors
  • Budget monitoring and management
  • These responsibilities are carried out with the objective to efficiently manage organization change initiatives and achieve allocated targets through enhanced employee engagement, ensures 0 data loss and 100% data validity and accuracy for analytics, insights and reporting and caters training needs of the employees within the limits of organization's policies and procedures, functional / departmental objectives, SOPs and best practices.

    Requirements : What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Learning & Development? Education and Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters in HR or related degree with 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience of system and data management
  • Experience with Articulate 360
  • Experience in analytics & insights is a plus
  • Experience in Corporate Learning is a plus
  • Knowledge

  • Business Acumen
  • Articulate 360 Suite e-Learning authoring tool
  • L&D Content Designing (Pathways, Blended Learning, Micro-Learnings)
