Drive overall costing performance of product costing in our supply base the through implementation of Global Apparel Costing frameworks & standards.
Ensure company go-in margin targets are met and optimizing costs through a clear understanding of product cost drivers.
Key Responsibilities :
Support LO Costing to improve the costing performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the T1 to successfully implementation & governance of global costing policies and procedures.
Support the creation of individual vendor action plans to improve costing performance enabling successful achievement of milestones and business goals.
Apply technical expertise to deliver fact-based & sustainable FOB improvement.
Drive compliance and improvement of the Global SMV / GSD framework
Drive workmanship standardization & alignment to ensure industry leading innovation & methods are applied.
Train and support internal & external teams in the understanding and application of GSD / Workmanship / Methods engineering.
Be part of seasonal audit management as SMV, Yield and Clean Cost Sheet.
Actively participation in seasonal costing standards validation / improvement actions.
Provide expertise on product engineering to development and production teams.
In close collaboration with Development, Production, Quality, ME and Planning teams, ensuring continual alignment of cross functional best practices.

Strong analytical and systematic approach to consolidate and communicate information
Strong Pattern knowledge and Gerber systems
Fluency in English essential
Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
At least 6 years of progressive experience in the apparel industry with costing responsibility
Bachelor's degree, or technical degree with major focus in apparel textile or manufacturing
Experienced in garment construction and production process.
Qualified GSD practitioner
6S or Lean background would be an advantage
