About the Team & Business Line :

  • Primary responsibilities will include facilitating Reconciliation / Fund Accounting training sessions.
  • Will be administrating and participating in the research, development, and evaluation of Citco’s in-house training programs and initiatives for Reconciliation / Fund Accounting.
  • Work within the global training team to meet service level targets set for Citco India locations and area of responsibility.
  • Actively contribute to all stages of the training cycle from needs assessment to the successful implementation of programs and communication of evaluation results.
  • Support the Senior Training Partner with the implementation of training initiatives. Support the implementation of a training and development culture throughout the Citco organization.
  • Promote, Contribute & Drive Technology driven training initiative across the Citco Locations
  • Your Role :

    Training Facilitation

  • Will be responsible to deliver the Instructor Led Classroom & Online trainings / Webinars for the employees across Citco Locations.
  • Should be well versed with the online / webinar technology evolved and used during WFH conditions
  • Should be willing to travel for in house training session across Citco Locations
  • Will be responsible for Delivering Reconciliation / Fund Accounting. Training. Trainings will include Induction & Advanced in-house systems trainings
  • Will Spend 50% of time facilitating training to meet business priorities in line with the agreed service level agreement ( SLA’).
  • Gradually Will be expected to pick up trainings for other functions as well
  • Plan training facilitation days monthly in advance according to the business priorities and individual LMS requests.
  • Attend all available Train the Trainer sessions to ensure familiarity with new training content and promptly roll out all newly developed courses in your location.
  • Facilitate all sessions to a high quality standard through engaging and encouraging learners, leading group discussions and facilitating Q&A.
  • Create a positive and supportive learner-centered environment through the implementation of BSSR key principles in all facilitated sessions.
  • Evaluate achievement of each learning objective using the four question debrief model.
  • Ensure all learners complete level two activity workbooks and are debriefed regarding correct solutions. Record all level two evaluation results and ensure that participants receive feedback on their individual performance.
  • Provide all learners with an opportunity to identify post-course actions to support the transfer of learning which should subsequently be agreed with their manager.
  • Training Development

  • Collaborate with the eLearning production team to develop e-learnings and utilize the available digital learning platforms and completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Develop best practice learning materials which are aligned with the learning objectives and support the transfer of learning.
  • Develop a network of Subject Matter Experts ( SMEs’) for Reconciliation / Fund accounting to support development of best practice training materials and contribute to tactical training solutions.
  • Research training course subject matter using multiple resources (SMEs, business procedures documents and job-shadowing).
  • Develop activity workbooks to verify successful learning.
  • Facilitate a pilot session as standard for all newly developed courses, analyzing level 1 evaluation feedback received and finalizing the course with business approval.
  • Deliver and record a Train the Trainer ( TTT’) session for all newly developed courses to ensure global colleagues are supported in rolling out new courses across locations.
  • Participate in the annual quality assurance review of existing courses to ensure content is in line with current operational standards and create development requests where appropriate.
  • Training Needs Assessment

  • Consult with training focus groups to identify upcoming training needs.
  • Should be able to come up with various training interventions by understanding the business needs and filling the training gaps
  • Raise awareness of Training and Development activities and of the courses available through frequent communication using global best practice templates.
  • Respond to all training requests promptly and manage business expectations in line with global training SLA and strategy.
  • Collaborate with training counterparts by attending global training team meetings and participating in global T&D initiatives.
  • Training Evaluation

  • Summarize and report on the evaluation results for all training courses.
  • Ensure all individual training records are maintained accurately and updated to reflect training completions.
  • Should be able to analyze the training impact and should be able to draw the clear difference in Pre and Post training behavior of the participants
  • Recommend course modifications based upon level one and level two evaluations to the relevant training group.
  • About You :

  • Degree qualified in Financial Services or a related subject (e.g. MBA-Finance, CA or CMA or Financial certifications from reputed Exchanges or Universities)
  • Training qualification covering the core areas of needs Reconciliation or Fund Accounting
  • Minimum of 4+ years prior experience in a role relevant to Training Partner position in the Fund Accounting space
  • Proven experience in training facilitation, presenting and one-to-one coaching
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Should be proficient with the training delivery, coaching, presentation skills and time management
