Operations lead will be the owner of top level KPIs for food, shop, OA & express. Responsible to manage the supply reliability, fulfillment, order completion
Develop product & policies regarding cancellation, auto blocking, auto adjustments and multi order
Manage system configurations related to pricing, incentives and dispatch
Coordinate internally with operations associate to develop acquisition channel for smooth and efficient functioning of the same
Train as per the latest policy development plans
Should understand and manage approved budgets
Plan supply requirements in advance and manage fleet trends
Manage captain retention and reactivation to achieve supply requirements
Manage captain subsidies budget and develop timely interventions
Run campaign analysis of captain subsidies budget
