Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Small UPS Warranty handling, consolidated audits of units planning, managing timely replacement through ASP.

2. Recommendation of replacement stock and battery as per run rate requirement and sales forecast.

3. Handling of 3 phase, thermal and Rectifier warranty, coordination with customers and back office for smooth warranty management.

4. Issuance of SRs and debriefing.

5. Order processing, EPR raising, shipment handling and coordination for smooth deliveries and invoicing.

6. Invoice submission to different customers and track for timely payment.

7. Monthly utilization report preparation for service team. 8. Install base sheet handling and sharing updates.

3-5 years relevant Experience.
