ilaan.com is looking for a Sales Executive (Real Estate) who should possess presentation skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written), must have a real estate selling background.

The applicant should have 2-3 years of proven experience from Real Estate / Bank assurance / Credit card selling will be encouraged more.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Daily visit & sells company product by establishing contact and developing relationships with agencies.

Meeting Monthly sales targets.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Taking and generating orders from the agencies by visiting them regularly and managing recoveries.

Maintaining relationships with the existing agencies and increase order volumes

Generation of Daily Sales Report and submitting it to Sales Manager.

Suggesting new ways to increase sales volume.

Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.

Responsible to meet the deadlines given for the targets achieving.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

SKILLS :

Must have real estate selling background.

Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

EXPERIENCE :

2-3 years of proven experience from Real Estate / Bancassurance / Credit card selling will be plus point.

Job Types : Full-time, Commission

Salary : Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
