You will be working as a Service Coordinator- Commercial, will be the part of Process Automation Business Area for Turbocharging Division based in Lahore, Pakistan.
In this role you will be responsible to drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in spare parts and service order processing.
Support the sales of spare parts and / or service with administrative support from quoting to invoicing, authorization documentation, ordering of parts, customer reporting and follow up of overdues).

HUB Commercial Manager
Build and maintain sustainable relationship with customer and manage customer requirements and customer enquiries, ensure continuous communication.
Coordinate, plan, schedule and oversee all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site.
Manage customer satisfaction by ensuring that ABB fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements. Ensure the required quality is delivered and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed and review the scope of the work, ensure that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes.
Manage the service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection, ensure the right technical specifications of turbocharger parts as per technical needs using ATURB supporting end user sales & customers in LC Commercial handling i.
e. clauses negotiations, LC amendments & correction etc.
Prepare completed LC documents for onward submission to Bank for LC payment processing and cooperate closely with End user sales, service team and technical advisor, coordinate with customers & End user sales regarding customer quote status, give feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.
g. business development, sales, etc.).
Responsible for continuous process improvements in the process. Manage all required reporting and documentation and ensure all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.
Responsible for PO (Direct & Indirect) preparation in SAP for PK- PATU booking vendor Invoices (Indirect) in IPS Tool, Vendor payment (Including advances) follow-up with SAS and Vendor PATU Warehouses SAP Management & Stock Count Spare parts / Equipment / Machinery (direct & indirect) custom clearance management in collaboration with custom agent Customer & Vendor Creation and update in MDM tool for PK-PATU.
Bachelors / Masters degree in Business / Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain Function.
Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Technical Commercial Operation. ERP / SAP knowledge preferred.
Technical skills in turbocharging and internal combustion engines.
Ability to differentiate profit and loss, treat a customer in a commercial relationship.
Ability to recognize customer needs and transfer it to an offer, negotiate a business at best financial performance, sell complex projects / products including providing added value to customer and company.
Fluency in both spoken & written English language is required.
