About the Job :

foodpanda offers many ways for the Vendor to grow and promote themselves on the platform, gain visibility and click conversion.

One way to grow is through Advertising on the foodpanda App. Vendors have the option to choose from different products that increase their visibility on the customer end.

The Ads Growth team is actively engaged in calling restaurant partners with high potential, explaining the growth options, and booking their budget for this service.

Responsibilities :

  • Calling vendors to discuss growth options
  • Upselling Ads services
  • Relationship management; resolving issues, guiding vendors, and retaining bookings
  • Achieving weekly and monthly targets
  • After sales service - accommodating vendor requests and resolving claims
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
  • BBA / Bachelors from a reputable university
  • Experience in vendor management, calling and Tele-Sales.
  • Fast learning and self driven individual with a nac for sales
  • Multitasking and working on multiple communication channels and multiple softwares such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Bookings.
  • Good Communication and presentation skills.
