About the Job :
As a Product Designer at KeepTruckin, you will work with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Engineers to understand user needs and create user-centered solutions for fleet logistics.
You will join a happy and energetic team and will play a central role in the design, development, and delivery of our software product offerings (Mobile and Web).
You will have the opportunity to take an initial product vision, design and prototype experiences and validate your solutions with the market.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with project stakeholders, and conduct user research
Build a deeper understanding of our user base and their challenges.
Design and prototype brand new product features
Design and iterate on existing product features
Collaborate with engineers and deliver detailed design specs
Work with product managers directly, from conceptualization to hand-off
Work with designers to lead company-wide initiatives, such as improving the design system, document and replicate best practice, as well as contributing to our design blog
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a product design team for desktop and / or mobile
Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics across web and mobile interface design
Experience designing interfaces in Sketch and / or Figma
Proactive attitude, effective independently and as part of a team
A sense of urgency and ownership over the things you work on
Excellent self-management and communication skills
A strong product design portfolio, showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design
