We are looking for an enthusiastic Head HR Business Partner to join our People & Organization team supporting all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support.

  • This includes providing strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support to the functional businesses;
  • acting as the single point of contact for all people related issues.

    Responsibilities :

  • Business Results : Facilitate and support business change and performance across supported groups through the implementation of an effective people strategy and influence significant business decisions through close partnership with the team leader.
  • Leadership : Proactively lead, coach, and manage HR business partners in the provision of an effective business partnering service across the business.
  • Strategy : Lead a strategic role, take initiatives to develop and drive people management strategies and ensures that all strategies implemented are aligned with the overall business priorities and goals.
  • Utilize analytics to measure trends and patterns to help drive continuous improvements and increased performance.

  • Workforce Planning : Assist business unit and provide leadership in helping organizations develop their employees, facilitate succession planning and acquire top talent;
  • conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and design workforce models that build organizational capability.

  • Organization Capability : Partner with business leaders to understand current and future skill and capability needs. Develops and link key competencies to all HR functions and tools including job requirements, selection systems, development programs and evaluation tools.
  • Talent Management : Partner with the Talent Management to deliver talent management practices that attract and develop high-potential and diverse talent for the business unit.
  • In conjunction with Talent Acquisition, assist with retention strategies for key talent and support the development of employees through the execution of succession planning.

    Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 - 7 years’ experience as HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to move a group with a unified vision and common objective.
  • Experience of successfully managing a team within a business partner model and delivering successful outcomes.
  • A person who wants to do the full scope of HR tasks - from strategic thinking and planning to rolling up their sleeves and working on tactical, day-to-day stuff.
  • Someone who likes data and knows how to use it in practice to support business stakeholders.
  • A person who is capable of leveraging HR metrics, drawing insights and able to conduct performance analyses on existent strategies, procedures, and policies, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable and sustainable solutions where needed.
  • Someone who is upbeat, flexible, and excited by fast pace.
  • Able to coach, support, challenge, and mentor others successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
