Harris Govern provides integrated assessment and tax collection software packages to state and local governments, with a complete line of services and exceptional customer support.
Harris Govern is part of Harris Computer Systems, a subsidiary of Constellation Software.
The Position :
We are looking for 3 Technical Services Specialist to work primarily with the Govern product line, assisting with the implementation of Mass Appraisal, Tax, Business Tax, Utility Billing, and Land Management systems.
They will work on implementation projects within our Professional Services organization handling installations, troubleshooting, writing documentation, developing custom reports, and assisting with product testing and training.
It is important that the individual have a strong customer focus. A strong technical aptitude is essential as well as excellent analytical abilities and multi-tasking skills.
Primary responsibilities include :
Provide quality implementation services to our clients, employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness.
Collaborate with other departments or offices as necessary to expedite resolutions.
Help prepare installation / environment documentation for both internal and external purposes
Instruct clients in groups or individually, including hands-on training, in the installation of their applications and development of reports either on-site or remotely.
Develop custom reports utilizing Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Perform data conversions from legacy systems utilizing SQL Server TSQL procedures
The chosen individuals will work out of the Contour Software Lahore resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Desired Skills and Responsibilities :
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience with TSQL
Experience with Crystal Reports 2013 and later
Working knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 workstation OS
Skills in configuring Windows Server 2012 and later
Skills with SQL Server 2012, 2014 and 2016 (including SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
Skilled in Microsoft 0ffice 2010, 2013 and later (including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
Skills in Microsoft IIS, SSL certificates, and FTP
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Terminal Services (RDP) and Citrix
2+ experience with Crystal Reports 2013 and later
