We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

You will be working as Sales Specialist and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Global Markets based in Lahore, Pakistan.

In this role you will be reporting to the Local Sales Manager Electrification Business Area and will be responsible for planning and executing division, business unit or product group sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and services in a profitable way.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating, planning and implementing sales strategy and business development initiatives by aligning with the global sales strategy.
  • Establishing and achieving sales targets through overseeing, defining and implementing of improvement plans.
  • Identifying opportunities from existing customers as well as finding potential new customers within the defined geographical areas and determining plans for acquisition and allocating of resources.
  • Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders and contracts.
  • Monitoring and providing report to the marketing and sales organization on market intelligence as well as evaluating data for achieving the goals.

  • Developing strong relationships with key customers and decision makers and ensuring efficient marketing communications.
  • Achieving sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales and negotiating key contracts and managing costs.
  • Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers or channels. Monitoring the client financial status and reporting if any changes regarding the internal partner teams.
  • Taking ownership of the sales processes and being part of all training and development plans, actions and programs.

  • Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in medium voltage switchgear products.
  • Candidates must have good product knowledge on medium voltage switchgear, relays, load break switches or GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) and other utilities.
  • Excellent customer relationship management with proven negotiation skills.
  • Should have strong networking skills in the assigned area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
