Your Impactful Goals will Include :
The position requires you to work under supervision of Senior Manager segments for designing & implementing geographic segmentation and geo-marketing plans along with day to day analytical / reporting tasks :
Devising Products, Promotion & network rollout strategy to ensure smooth customer experience regarding products & network
Pre post analysis on subscriber base, offers subscription, usage behaviour & various network initiatives taken over a period of time
Propose / implement promotions of campaigns to achieve targets w.r.t subscribers’ growth, gross adds QoS improvement, revenue and traffic trends under supervision of senior manager segments.
Design and monitor micro segmentation campaigns with help of BI / CLM
Assist / Prepare business cases and develop monthly / quarterly plans for performance tracking
Assist / Monitor the impact of Data payload / MOUs on the Network and identify potential opportunities for improvement
Network performance management accountability of network rollout business cases vs actual performance highlighting areas of concern
Coordinating with Channel / distribution and pricing team for approvals and channel driven initiatives w.r.t network support.
Developing reports and dashboards for consistent insights on segments & Network KPIs at various geographical levels
Maintaining an energetic and productive team
Your typical day at work will look like :
Several cross functional engagements where you will be representing North Circle segments / Network domain
Monitor day to day trends / performance of the segment & network KPIs (QoS, Data Penetration, Network availability, throughput, revenue, voice & data traffic etc.,)
Generating insights & establishing what needs to be done through these data insights
Coordination with different teams / departments for business case approvals and execution of plans
Data validation along with Data quality checks to ensure that KPIs trackers are updated for management reporting
Up-to-date knowledge of what is going in the network domain for the circle both future rollout / current network situation
Driving various initiatives with technology teams in the areas where network cushion is available or offloading is required for better customer experience
Eligibility Criteria :
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with background in analytics / segments / pricing
Ability to gather and go through large quantities of data for insights generation
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders & capable of multitasking in an efficient manner
Strong communication skills along with the ability to get things done
Advanced Experience with tools such as Excel, Power Point is must. Basic experience with advanced statistical / analytics tools such as R, Python, Power BI etc. is a major plus
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration / Computer Science
Work experience :
Ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Geo marketing / segments / analytical functions in telecom or technology based companies.
Successful candidate will have previous experience of managing multiple stakeholders & working under high amount of pressure while delivering results
