As a minimum of Masters / PHD Degree(BCS / BSc in computer sciences) from a reputable and recognized college or university.

  • A seasoned PM with extensive experience of managing complex multi-dimensional / large scale assignments in the IT Sector.
  • The PM must have a techno functional background in order to play an extensive part in the project delivery.
  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
  • Must have excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, worked in AGILE (Scrum) project delivery environments
  • Should be able to effectively handle multiple projects.
  • Very Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Efficient & effective Client & Stakeholder Management (with respect to projects)
  • Coordination with internal teams and client technical / business teams for the flawless execution of projects. Minimum team handling of 35 members (Analyst, Developers, QA, and Documentation Expert etc) is a must.
  • Creation of planning schedule, develop project plans with resources, Gantt charts and ensure / manage that all projects are delivered on-time & within scope.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility .
  • Strong Project Planning & Risk Assessment / Management capabilities

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Provide feedback, advice, project updates, reports and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,
  • PMP / SCRUM / JIRA certifications are preferable
