We are currently recruiting for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the Lead or Supervisor in managing daily order fulfillment work, learns and adopts all the responsibilities of finished goods, and act as a central point of contact to the customers we serve.
What you will do in the position :
Provide updates to internal departments on order requirements, status, and order management in the ERP.
Assist the Lead or Supervisor with ensuring processes and work instructions are being followed.
Administer cycle counts for Finished Goods.
Perform picking work to written policies and procedures
Utilizes an RF devise to fulfill sales orders
Puts away Finished Goods materials from Manufacturing
Performs order management including systematically fix orders in ERP, release orders for picking and train on end of shift reporting
Performs intercompany transfers, requesting materials from Stockroom and Manufacturing
Utilizes and maintains FIFO inventory control on Finished Goods material
Performs cycle counts independently by running journals, counting, and closing the count; reports discrepancies to appropriate supervisor
Verifies assigned aisle location inventory via spot check and cycle counts
Assists with projects related to Shipping or Order Fulfillment
Provides excellent service to all internal and external departments by monitoring department email and provide timely responses
Reviews and issues all shipment (re)routing and freight quote requests
Monitors, reviews and records daily shipping performance
Reports shipping issues to department leadership
Provides end of day reporting to appropriate supervisor
Maintains good attendance in accordance with company guidelines
Practices servant leadership to the team you serve
What you will need to succeed in this position :
Computer proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
Knowledge of ERP Systems
Previous order fulfillment experience
Ability to write work instructions, SOPs and QMPs
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work in a safe manner and identify safety risks.
Strong math and analytical skills
AX experience preferred
Cycle count experience preferred
2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
High School Diploma required
