Zurple provides thousands of Realtors with a robust marketing automation platform. Z57 is an innovative real estate marketing company, with a product specifically for agents, teams, and small to mid-size offices focused on an online and social media presence.
The Position :
We are looking for a results-oriented, self-motivated SQA Analyst with a passion for delivering high quality software and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the QA automation team to ensure full test coverage for each release. At Zurple, you are responsible for planning, implementing and driving quality assurance for our web based real estate products.
We are looking for Sr. SQA Analyst who can break down and solve complex problems and have a strong will to get tasks done.
You will be responsible for designing test scenarios, regression and white and black box testing. This role requires collaboration with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders, both Onshore and Offshore, to understand the business / product requirements to implement testing.
Working out of the Contour Software Lahore office, the successful hire will collaborate with team members as well as onshore site office.
Our Team :
The QA organization is made up of onshore and offshore team members who contribute to the team's common goal to release quality software.
We do that with automated as well as manual tests that are developed through scrutiny of product specifications delivered from the Product Management team.
Basic Qualifications :
University degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in testing web-based Enterprise Applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Working knowledge of the HTTP / HTTPS protocol
Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience programming with Java or JavaScript.
Experience in testing cross browser compatibility and layout issues
Experience developing test cases for rapid prototypes and rapidly iterating designs
Proficient using MySQL for querying data for validation.
Core Responsibilities :
Review user stories & acceptance criteria to design test scenarios & test cases
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on new and existing requirements.
Create and maintain test libraries, databases, and test environments.
Assist with software deployments and validation in QA and production environments.
Identify and thoroughly document product defects.
Create new or update existing test cases / test scenarios based on new or updated features & functionality.
Generate clear and well-written documentation for software verification requirements, plans, procedures and reports.
Provide recommendations and suggestions for structuring and improving the testing processes.
Familiarity with automation of Web based applications, preferably with Java technological stack. Create and maintain automation test scripts written in Java technology.
Experience in Manual Testing.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Web debugging tools.
Experience using web browser development tools to troubleshoot JavaScript errors, network issues, and HTML / CSS bugs.
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.
Understanding Application / Web server's infrastructure.
