Coordinate the Global Business Services team for Market Pricing Exercise and Lead the salary Planning exercise for Pak BU.
Determine, manage, and report people costs as per annual business plans and ensure trends / adjustments as required. Lead the Head Count Planning and Costing, and People cost for all structure changes.
Ensure monthly change in Payroll through timely and effective reporting.Delivery Total Rewards Strategy to all stakeholders ensuring market competitiveness for each business along with maintaining internal equity within PepsiCo employees.
Manage the online tool related to employee costs and coordinate with Sector for data upload and reporting. Lead all Total Rewards Communication across businesses

Prepare and submit Salary Planners for Pakistan Beverages & Foods.Ensure timely implementation of Focal Point and Bonus ToolTimely submission of all Total Rewards reports to Sector
Review & submit Salary Proposals for Pakistan BU.Lead FPR Promotion, Merit Increase & Equity adjustment activity of Pakistan BU.
Facilitate internal equity on compensation and benefits to increase employee engagement Ensure timely updates of all employee records including bonus & salary information in associated systems.
Review of Total Rewards Policies of Pakistan BU through insights-based approach and the right stakeholder engagement and alignment
Qualifications / Requirements
Qualifications : Masters in HR
Experience : 8-10 years of HR experience
